When you have received your PIN from the surgery and signed a consent form then: click this link to register

GP online services allow you to access a range of services via your computer, mobile or tablet. Once you have signed up, you will be able to:

  • book certain appointments online
  • amend or cancel your appointments online
  • order your repeat prescriptions online
  • view parts of your GP record, including information about medication, allergies, vaccinations, previous illnesses and test results

You can still contact the practice in person, this is just another option, which other patients have found is more convenient and saves them time. More information including “how to” leaflets and videos of patients and why we are using GP online services are available at www.nhs.uk/gponlineservices

Patient Access Consent Form : completion of this consent form will allow you to have part access to your records until your medical records have been checked by a clinician and then you will have full access, please note this process may take a while, please be patient - PATIENT ACCESS for patients over 16 years of age.
