Practice Accessibility Statement
Specific Communication or Access Needs
Access to the practice
We make every effort to make the surgery accessible for disabled patients. We have a wide access through our automated main door and we have a wheelchair available for use in surgery.
Hearing Difficulties
If you are experiencing hearing difficulties when being called in to see the clinician, please let us know in order for us to set up an alert on your medical records so the clinicians are aware to meet you from the waiting room.
Alternatively, we have a portable induction loop facility. If you would like to use this, please ask at reception for assistance.
Lip Reading
Please indicate to a member of our team should you need us to set up an interpreter or make a note on your triage form.
We can arrange the service ready for your appointment with the clinician you are seeing.
Please indicate to a member of our team if you require them to wear a shield instead of a mask whilst communicating with them or during your consultation in order for you to be able to lip read
